Job Description

Responsibilities:

• End to end accountability for determining solutions for regulatory projects.
• Writing and maintaining Business/Functional Requirements Documents.
• Key stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers.
• Prepare Functional Requirements & Design Document in collaboration with various internal stakeholders and obtained sign off as per project planned.
• Explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross review of functional requirements.
• Provide support during and post implementation

Knowledge/Experience:

• 10+ years of Total experience, Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in regulatory project management OR private banking/wealth management, such as MIFID II - Optional.
• IIBA or equivalent business analyst certification is preferable.
• Experience in private banking operations preferred such as Client Reporting, Client On-boarding etc
• Ability to work in challenging, demanding, and strict regulatory timelines.
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forum.
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology.
• Experience with working with Off-shore team.
• High Influential skills.
